Postage and Delivery Information

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. Postage and packaging costs are calculated automatically according to the destination and weight of the product in its packaging and are shown as a separate item.  Postage incurs VAT which will be calculated as you add items to your order.  You will always know exactly what your order and postage will cost before you commit to pay.

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.

All of our UK deliveries are made using Royal Mail and include delivery to Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.

For deliveries within the Europe, please allow up to ten (10) business days (excluding holidays) for delivery.

Please be aware that the weight of the package will affect the postal rate at which the parcel is sent.

Delayed Deliveries – if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please let us know and we will investigate.  Whilst we take steps to ensure your order is delivered in good time, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries delayed by either Royal Mail or by the courier company.

Missing Deliveries – if your parcel is missing / lost we will replace the order subject to the timescale designated by the delivery company for items considered to be lost.  This is specified by the carrier services we use – the longest of all being Royal Mail where a parcel is not considered lost until the 15th day (24th day for parcels to Europe) after it was posted.

Returned Parcels – if your parcel is returned to us through no fault of our own, we may charge a redelivery cost.  Please ensure that you give us correct delivery information when ordering.

Guarantee – Our aim is to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or correct any errors in connection with an order. We’re sure you understand that due to the nature of the products sold, we are unable to offer any refund once your purchase is opened. We wrap and package all our products for postage extremely carefully.

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email (sales@brodieskincare) within 48 hours of receipt.

Your Rights

  • Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a full refund including the initial delivery charge if you return a product, or inform the retailer that you want to return the product, within seven working days
  • However retailers are not obliged to pay for the cost of returning the goods
  • The DSRs do not cover perishable goods, personalised or custom-made products, magazines and unwrapped CDs
  • If an item is faulty, or wrongly described, you have the right to a refund, replacement or repair, as long as the complaint is made “within a reasonable time”. This generally means getting a refund if it is returned within one month
  • For the first six months, the retailer must prove the product was satisfactory when bought if they turn down a replacement or repair
  • For the next six months, the consumer must prove there was something wrong on purchase to get a replacement or repair.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card or PayPal account used.

All our products are covered by our products liability insurance and are subject to UK law.

Cancellations – in line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if a customer cancels their order (within the 7 day period allowance) a refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation provided the order has not already been dispatched. The customer will be held liable for the cost of returns if the order has already been processed and moneys received.
